Returns
If you are not satisfied with your Hodijo merchandise you can return it within 30 days of original purchase.
Returns will be process within 7-10 of receiving the merchandise. You will be notified via an email once your refund has been approved. Please allow 2-4 business days for funds to appear in your account once you’ve been notified by email.
Merchandise must be returned in original, unused condition with original tags.

- Merchandise will not be accepted in any condition less than original, unused unwashed. No missing tags or alterations.
- Original shipping charges are not refundable.
- Packages that arrive COD will be not be accepted.
Sale Items
All discounted and sales priced purchases are final. No refunds.

Return Process
Returning a purchase is easy with these easy instructions:
Fill out our return request form. You must include your order number.
Submit the return the request. We will provide you with a return shipping label (If you choose to use this label, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund).
Pack the merchandise with suitable packaging materials. Make sure the return package includes merchandise in original, unused condition, with original packing materials. And affix return label to your return.
Drop you return package at any USPS location. Not need to follow up. We will send you an email confirmation once your refund is completed.
